Boruto: Naruto Next Generation slowly once again has become one of the most talked anime lately with the anime returning to adapt the manga chapters. Viewers are totally enjoying the ongoing Ao Arc aka The Vessel arc where our heroes are learning more and more about the evil plans of Jigen.

Recently the Twitter user who goes by the @OrganicDinosaur , posted the titles of upcoming Boruto Episodes which helped us know which Chapter they will adapt and what will happen in the Episode.

So today in this article we will take a look at these titles and discuss what might happen in the epsiode. Now let us take a look at Boruto Episode 186-191 titles along with their release dates and some spoilers.

Boruto Episode 187 “Karma”, Release Date: Sunday, February 21, 2021

The episode 187 will be another canon episode in the row which will adapt the chapter 22 from the manga. Its official synopsis/summary are as follows translated by @OrganicDinosaur.

Official Synopsis: As soon as Boruto and his teammates concluded their battle against Ao, Kashin Koji – a member of ‘Kara’ – appeared in front of them. Boruto and the others then have their movements restricted by Koji’s fuinjutsu. In order to succeed in executing his mission, Koji attempts to eliminate them all.

However, Sarutobi Konohamaru manages to dispel the jutsu and delves straight into a one-on-one battle against him. Despite unleashing a Rasengan as a trump-card, Konohamaru’s jutsu gets cancelled-out by another Rasengan. For some reason, Koji is also able to use a Rasengan against him.

Konohamaru is bewildered because only a limited number of people should be able to use it in combat. Due to Koji’s onslaught, Konohamaru has gotten himself driven into a corner and is forced into a desperate situation. As Boruto witnesses this crisis unfolding, a strange phenomenon suddenly transpires with the seal that’s on the palm of his hand.

Boruto Episode 188 “The Awakening”, Release Date: Sunday, February 28, 2021

Episode 188 will be a big episode, which will adapt 2 chapters in the episode. Studio Hotline is animating the episode with Takashi Asami as director and Yukihoro Matsuhita as storyboard artist.

Official Synopsis: Something has happened to Boruto’s body. Kashin Koji – who has temporarily retreated – seems to have an interest in the strange phenomenon that had just occurred to Boruto as well.

But at any rate, Boruto and his teammates were able to overcome their adverse situation. While they were in the midst of returning to the village, Boruto and the others happen to encounter an unconscious, mysterious boy named Kawaki. Since the collapsed boy also seems to have the same peculiar seal on his palm that Boruto does, they become curious about Kawaki and are interested in learning more about his background. But when Kawaki awakens, he becomes openly hostile towards Boruto and his teammates.

The circumstances then evolve into a sensitive, touch-and-go situation. At the spur of the moment – and despite being flustered with what was transpiring – Boruto shows off the seal that’s on the palm of his hand. Kawaki then replies that the seal is called ‘Karma’.

Boruto Episode 189 “Resonance”, Release Date: Sunday, March 7, 2021

Episode 189 will be the last episode in Ao arc adapting the 25th chapter titled as same. It will be an in-house animated episode by Studio Pierrot with reputable animators working on it. For more information check the start list by @AnimeBlue00.

Official Synopsis: Kawaki is referred to as The Vessel’ by someone named Garou – an Outer member of (Kara’ who is being tasked with attempting to bring Kawaki back home with him. And so, Kawaki and Garou begin to battle one another.

Garou’s entire body has been modified and equipped with various scientific ninja tools for combat. Kawaki fights him by manipulating his own arm into various shapes and sizes, which is a capability that he has acquired a solid mastery over.

Boruto and the others are completely dumbfounded as they stare at the battle that is unfolding in front of them. As the intense battle continued on, Kawaki started to become exhausted and eventually got overwhelmed. In the end, Garou was able to capture him. But at that moment, something happens to Kawaki’s body.

And in addition, a strange phenomenon transpires within Boruto’s body once again – It’s as if Kawaki seemed to be in resonance with Boruto.

NOTE: from now on the episode titles and descriptions are based on the assumption that the anime will continue to adapt the manga chapters with 1 chapter per episode. We will update the article once it has been officially confirmed.

Boruto Episode 190 “Escape”, Release Date: Sunday, March 14, 2021

Boruto episode 190 titled “Gift” and will air on March 14th, 2021. The episodes from here on flesh out more of Kawaki’s character and his past.

Synopsis/Spoilers: Kawaki dreams back to when Jigen adopted him. He remembers meeting Amado while watching a group of children in a growth apparatus. Jigen confirms to him Kawaki is the last child, reassuring Kawaki that if he accepts him as a father, he won’t feel empty anymore, and that when they’re truly parent and child, he’ll give him a valuable gift.

Kawaki wakes up in Konoha, with Naruto, Shikamaru, and Konohamaru in his room. Despite Naruto and Konohamaru trying to ease him, Kawaki immediately tries to escape, but is paralysed by Shikamaru, who assures him if they wanted to do anything with him, they’d already have done it. Naruto introduces himself to Kawaki, and thinks back to his earlier discussion with Shikamaru about the possible dangers of keeping Kawaki in the village. Naruto wants to personally oversee Kawaki, owning to his own experiences of isolation as a jinchūriki.

Boruto Episode 191 “A Stray Dog”, Release date: March 21, 2021

Synopsis: Hinata and Himawari throw away the broken flower vase, Hinata assuring Himawari that as her mother, what matters most to her are the feelings she put in to make it for her.

Boruto wakes up and has to go to the bathroom, and meets Kawaki along the way, who’s also going to the bathroom. Boruto says he should go first since it’s his house, but Kawaki is closer to the door and curses at him, telling him to wait. Boruto grabs him by the shirt, and they almost begin fighting, but from inside the bathroom, Naruto yells at them it’s occupied, and tells them to go behind the house.

They do it, still trading insults, and begin to fight when they’re done, both eventually activating their Kāma. Kawaki feels like this is the only way Boruto will get what he says. Boruto says this is first and last time they’ll agree on something. From the bathroom, Naruto creates a shadow clone to stop them, complaining about it.

You can watch the latest and all previous episodes of Boruto on CrunchyrollVRVVIZ in its original Japanese dub with embedded English subtitles. Meanwhile you can watch the English dub through Funimation and Animelab but they are currently way behind the schedule, so it will take quite some time for these episodes to get dubbed.
