Fans of Bleach are pretty excited for Tite Kubo’s upcoming new manga series called Burn The Witch which first appeared as an One-shot in 2018 and on March 18, 2020 during the Bleach 20th Anniversary event it was greenlit for full serialization. Recently the official twitter of ShonenJump announced the release date of its first chapter.

According to latest report Burn The Witch Chapter 1 will release on August 24 in the #38 of this year’s weekly Shonen Jump. The series will run for a total of 4 chapters and each will mostly consist of 30-50 pages each.

What Burn the witch is about?

Burn the Witch is a side-story which takes takes place in same universe as of Bleach set 12 years after the Quincy Blood War and 2 years after the events of chapter 686.

The chapter will center on Noel Niihashi and Nini Spangle, who work as witches at the Wing Bird headquarters in Reverse London’s Natural Dragon Management Agency. Those who live in Reverse London are able to see supernatural creatures such as dragons. Noel and Nini work to help promote coexistence between these creatures and humans, but sometimes must undergo missions to exterminate evil creatures.

Burn the Witch also have an anime film in development by Studio Colorido (Pokemon: Twilight Wings) which will premiere in October 2020.
