Amid the COVID-19 outbreak several summer anime have been delayed or cancelled like Oregairu Season 3, Re: Zero Season 2 and latest to join them is Houkago Teibo Nisshi.
The official website to the Houkago Teibo Nisshi announced on Tuesday that the ongoing broadcast of Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater has been postponed due to production issues at Dogo Koba.

Houkago Teibo Nisshi: Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater episode 4 Release date
According to reports, Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater episode 4 and beyond has been delayed.The show’s official Twitter account will announce new release dates for rest of the episodes later once they have been decided.
The announcement also noted that the production for third episode has been finished and third episode will air as scheduled on Tuesday April 21.

Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater (Houkago Teibo Nisshi) is Japanese slice of life manga written and drawn by Hōkago Teibo Nisshi in Young Champion Retsu.
Dogo Koba produced a Television anime series premiered in April 2020 with Takaharu Okuma as director.
The series follows Hina Tsurugi, a first-year student who moves to a town by the sea. While Tsurugi is more of an “indoor kid” who enjoys things like arts and crafts. But she is suddenly thrown into the world of fishing when an older student, Yuuki Kuroiwa, invites her to be a part of the school’s fishing club.
