The popular battle action anime Enen no Shouboutai or some prefers to call it Fire Force is soon returning with its secon season and after months of waiting, we finally know when Fire Force Season 2 will premiere.
The news came through Fire Force‘s official twitter account where they shared picture of advertisement displayed on stations near Kanto prefecture. The advertisement is displayed over 30 stations such as the Tokyo station, Ueno station. According to advert the Fire Force Season 2 will begin broadcasting starting from July 3, 2020.
The previously revealed key visual and trailer confirmed that Fire Force season 2 release date is for July 2020.
The second season adapts “Vs. Special Fire Force Company 4” arc from the manga which follows Shinra as he finally meets the Battalion Commander of the Special Fire Force Company 4 Soichiro Arg who might have clue about adolla Link. However Shinra has to fight against Arthur while he is being controlled by a mysterious entity.
Tatsumi Minakawa wil direct the Enen no Shouboutai season 2 at David Productions replacing Yuki Yase as the series director. The rest of the staff and cast remains same.
About Fire Force
For those who don’t know, Fire Force is a Japanese manga written and drawn by Atsushi Okubo in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine since September 2015. 23 compiled volumes are in circulation as of May 2020.
The manga inspired a 24-episode TV anime by David Production which premiered in July 2019. The second season is coming out in July.
