Anime for years has been used as a medium to bring life to new things and music is no stranger to it. The medium has spawned many popular shows surrounding music whether it be idol shows like the Zombieland Saga or IdolMaster or a romantic tale told through music like the Your Lie In April, Kono Oto More or some simple down to life like K-ON. Mashiro no Oto is one such upcoming music-based anime which will premiere this Spring.

Mashiro no Oto or also called “Those Snow White Notes” is an upcoming anime which centres around Sawamura Setsu, the grandson of prodigy Shamisen player (a traditional Japanese instrument similar to Guitar).
