The episode starts with both Chizuru and Kazuya were unconscious. Kazuya was able to save Mizuhara, she woke up and realized that she was saved by Kazuya and she saw that he was still unconscious. She tried to wake him up but he was not waking-up so she gives him CPR and mouth-to-mouth and he was finally awake and later, lifeguards arrived and rescued them.
After that incident both Kazuya and Mizuhara were hospitalized for few days, they were later discharged. They then went home and Kazuya was enjoying his alone time thinking about Mami but he was not able to stop thinking about Mazuhara so he realized that his feelings for her has passed the point of no return.
A few days later when Kazuya’s grandmother was discharged for the hospital they all went to a resort to enjoy. However, he didn’t know that everything was already preplanned and Kazuya, Mizuhara was set up to be in the same room so that they can get grandchildren. At the end of the episode, Mizuhara had a talk with Kazuya’s grandmother in the bath and later Kazuya and Mizuhara send their time enjoying at the hotel.
