In the previous episode, we see Naomi gets hit by other particles that essentially turn her into a giant demonic figure. Her little sister is shocked by this transformation. To cover it all up, the authorities take away the monster of Naomi and write her name as a casualty. But the audience already knows the secret that Naomi is well and alive. We see that Karen Travers is all set to look for Naomi. After gathering all the clues, Karen is all set to look for the girl, but the OSF Soldiers arrive at the wrong time to interrupt their quest. The episode ends with Nagi freeing from the hospital.

Storyline Of Full Dive RPG Anime
In the far distant future, a psionic hormone was discovered in the human brain, granting people extra-sensory powers and changed the world as we knew it. As humanity entered this new era, deranged mutants known as Others began to descend from the sky with a hunger for human brains.
Highly resistant to conventional attack methods, extreme measures needed to be taken to battle the overwhelming threat and preserve humanity. Those with acute extra-sensory abilities, known as psionics, were our only chance to fight the onslaught from above. Since then, psionics has been scouted for their talents and recruited to the Other Suppression Force (OSF), humanity’s last line of defence.
