The God of Highschool Release date, English dub annouced with New Trailer, Key Visual

With Tower of God about the reach its ends, Crunchyroll has announced the July release date for their upcoming orginal anime The God of Highschool.

According to a report by Crunchyroll, The god of Highschool anime will premiere on the streaming service on July 6, 2020 in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS. They also shared a new key visual, trailer and confirmed english dub production. Check out them below.

Additional details about english dub release will be announced on a later date.

For those who don’t know, The God of Highschool is an upcoming anime adaptation which is everyone is excited to watch this Summer. It is the second Korean webtoon after Tower of God which will be adapted into a full fledged anime series by MAPPA who are also currently working on shows such as Attack on Titan the final season and jujutsu Kaisen. Crunchyroll and Line Webtoon are also producing a Noblesse anime whose release date will be announced soon.

It is based on webtoon by Yongje Park and Crunchyroll describes it story as such:

“This action-packed series follows a high schooler and his friends as they compete in an epic tournament God of Highschool. Borrowing power directly from the gods and uncovering a mysterious organization along the way… With the promise of their heart’s deepest desires, motivating their tournament victory.”
