When Hinata meets Hamura in the second part of the Anime series, a critical event occurs that will forever alter her power. Since Hinata is a member of the main house of the Hyūga clan, she inherits some of Hamura Otsutsuki’s chakra.

First, she took the test without cheating on her classmates, and then she offered to cheat on Naruto. Neither rule violation disqualified her, but she certainly ruffled some feathers.
