About World’s End Harem

World’s End Harem is an erotic Japanese manga written by Link LINK and illustrated by Kotaro Shōno which began serialization in Shueisha’s digital magazine Shōnen Jump+ in May 2016.

In the year 2040, Reito Mizuhara is suffering from a rare disease and is put into cryostasis while waiting for a life-saving treatment to be developed. Five years later, Reito awakens and learns that while he was asleep, the world was struck by the MK (Man Killing) Virus that caused the death of every male human in the planet, except for around one million survivors put in cryostasis before being infected. Much to his surprise, Reito learns that he is one of five males in Japan who somehow developed immunity to the MK Virus and is forced to take part in a reproduction program to ensure humanity’s survival.

While Reito investigates the secrets surrounding the MK Virus and the mysterious disappearance of his girlfriend, Elisa, the series also shows the perspective of the other men who developed immunity to the virus, each with their own circumstances.

In 2018, LINK and Savan launched World’s End Harem: Fantasia spin-off. Later Okada Andō launched a spinoff of World’s End Harem: Fantasia titled World’s End Harem: Fantasia Academy in Ultra Jump on May 19, 2020.
