The second episode suddenly took on a dark turn where they dropped various subtle hints about Mu’s origins and revealed the nature of Earless. Earless are the humans who can’t be players, then are consumed by their own despair and sorrow. They search for players to ease them.
Listeners Episode 3 Release
The show airs every Saturday on weekly basis. So as usual, Listeners Episode 3 will release on April 18 at 1:55 am JST ( April 19 effectively). The season 1 is slated with 12 episodes which premiered on April 12 and will end on June 20, 2020.

The third episode is titled “You Made Me Realise” and as we can see in the preview, Mu and Echo will meet some new players from Echo’s Almanac such as Kevin and Bilin. Together they will fight against the Noise sisters.

In a world without music, young Echo was there the day legendary “Prayer” Jimi Stonefree and his mecha disappeared while fighting the mysterious Earless.
