Jujutsu Kaisen anime adaptation is something which is everyone is looking forward to. The franchise has managed to stir up the readers ever since it debuted in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump. Now with a forthcoming anime, everyone is wondering when it will premiere.
Thankfully the official website to TV anime recently unveiled a new trailer while announcing its October release premiere. They also shared the name of staff members who will be working on the series along with the latest cast addition. Here is everything we know so far.

Jujutsu Kaisen Anime
The show was first announced in the 52nd issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen jump on November 25, 2019. It is based on the manga written by Gege Akutami in Weekly Shonen jump since March 2018. Later they shared a teaser visual which you can see below.

On May 19, Toho Animation began streaming the first trailer to Jujutsu Kaisen anime. Meanwhile, they also announced that Studio Mappa is providing the animation. Now talking about the Mappa, it is particularly famous for its dark and bloody anime series such as terror no resonance, Dororo and Dorohedoro. So it is a perfect fit for Jujutsu Kaisen.
Also, Sunghoo Park who is currently working on the upcoming God of Highschool is directing the series with Hiroshi Seko writing the scripts. Tadashi Hiramatsu (known for Parasyte: The Maxim) is drawing the character designs. Hiroaki, Arisa Okehazama, and Tsutsumi Yoshimasa Terui are putting together music for the series.
When is Jujutsu Kaisen anime coming out ?
An exact date is yet to be announced, however, it has been confirmed that Jujutsu Kaisen anime will premiere in October 2020. One can expect its first episode to release in the first week of October. And if are living in Japan then you can watch the series on MBS and TBS channel every Saturday at 01:25 a.m.
Jujutsu Kaisen Cast
Junichi Suwabe is the latest to join cast as Sukuna Ryōmen. Shota Aizawa in My hero academia and Yami Sukihiro in Black clover are some of his notable works. Previously announced cast members are Junya Enoki as Yūji Itadori, Yūma Uchida as Megumi Fushiguro, Asami Seto as Nobara Kugisaki, and Yūichi Nakamura as Satoru Gojō.
