Chapter 1053 of One Piece is scheduled to release on Sunday, June 19th, 2022 at 12:00 AM JST. As you know One Piece is published under Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, where a new chapter comes out every Sunday. The raw scans will be available on Friday and fan translations on the forthcoming day.
Update: the full chapter is now out and the unofficial English translations will be available soon. However, i will suggest you to wait for Sunday for the official release if you wish to support Oda’s vision.

As of writing the raw scans for One Piece Chapter 1051 have not been released. The scanlation process takes some time however, for a popular title like One Piece it won’t take more than a few hours.
The scans are leaked from Japan and then they are translated by translators around the world and then they are published online by them.

Previous Chapter Summary
The Five Elders discuss two recent major developments in Wano Country after being informed by the remaining CP0 agent: the emergence of Nika and the subsequent defeat of Big Mom and Kaidou during the Raid on Onigashima. An Elder commented that the reveal such information would be impossible to censor and are asking the other Elders what to do. Meanwhile, the agent has returned to the World Government fleet stationed outside Wano. He reported that Zunesha has left the area. Another Elder responds that the country will keep its borders closed and that an invasion will be thwarted, yet still asks the agent to capture Nico Robin.
At the Onigashima castle, X Drake encounters Basil Hawkins who is barely able to stand. Hawkins learns that Drake is still a member of the Marines but the latter refuses to confirm. Hawkins then sits leaning at a pillar and revealed to Drake that he worked for Kaidou because he would not stand a chance if he refused. However, he also acknowledged how Eustass Kid and Killer continued resisting despite certain death. He then reveals to Drake that the “certain man” who has a one percent of surviving the raid was himself. He then faints.
Seven days have passed since the end of the raid and the Fire Festival. At a school in the Flower Capital, a new teacher has replaced Sarahebi and revises the entire history course with a lesson on the life of Kozuki Oden.

About One Piece
The story centres around Monkey D. Luffy, a youngster who, motivated by his youth symbol and incredible privateer “Red-Haired” Shanks, sets off on an excursion from the East Blue Sea to locate the nominal prize and broadcast himself the King of the Pirates. With an end goal to sort out his own team, the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy saves and becomes a close acquaintance with a fighter named Roronoa Zoro, and they head off looking for the One Piece.
They are participated in their excursion by Nami, a guide and criminal; Usopp, an expert marksman and an obsessive liar; and Vinsmoke Sanji, a womanizing cook. They obtain a boat named the Going Merry and participate in encounters with famous privateers of the East Blue.
As Luffy and his group set out on their experiences, others join the team later in the arrangement, including Tony Chopper, a specialist and humanized reindeer; Nico Robin, an excavator, and previous professional killer; Franky, a cyborg shipwright; Brook, a skeletal performer, and fighter; and Jimbei, a fish-man helmsman and previous individual from the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
When the Going Merry gets harmed destroyed, the Straw Hat Pirates procure another boat named the Thousand Sunny. Together, they experience different privateers, abundance trackers, criminal associations, progressives, mystery specialists and fighters of the degenerate World Government, and different companions and adversaries, as they sail the oceans in the quest for their fantasies.
