Anime for years has been used as a medium to bring life to lots of interesting genres and sports is no stranger to it. The medium has spawned many known classics such as the classic boxing show Ashita no Joe and the mega-hit volleyball series Haikyuu, along with amazing stories told through using a sport such as Run with the Wind. And the latest to join the ever-increasing list of sports anime is “Love All Play”.

Love all Play is an upcoming anime centred around Badminton and is described as a passionate coming-of-age story in which the main characters, who were unknown in junior high school, grow up to become the top athletes in the world. It is based on the novel series by Asami Koseki which was first published in May 2011.

Hiroshi Takeuchi is leading the production as the chief director at Studio OLM, Nippon Animations co-production. Meanwhile, Tomoko Konparu is overseeing the series’ composition, along with Riko Kaneda drawing the character designs and Yuki Hayashi, the music composer from Haikyuu, My Hero Academia is providing the music.

Episode 1 of Love All Play is set to premiere on April 2, 2022, at 5:30 PM JST, and is confirmed to run for 12 episodes with a new one releasing every week on Saturday.

Where to Watch Love All Play anime Online? Is it available on Crunchyroll, Funimation or Netflix?

Viewers in the USA and Canada can watch the show on Crunchyroll in its original Japanese dub with embedded English subtitles.

For fans of Asia, they can stream the latest episodes on the Ani-One YouTube channel. The show is also available on Bili Bili Tv, Aniplus and Shushiroll streaming service.

The episodes will first air in Japan on local networks such as YTV and NTV and then will arrive on these streaming services in the next 1-2 hours. As for your local timing here is when the same episode will release in your region:

  • Pacific Time: 20:00 PDT
  • Central Time: 22:00 CDT
  • Eastern Time: 13:30 EDT
  • British Time: 04:30 BST

However it is currently not available on Netflix though, but we are hoping they will license the show once it will finish Broadcasting.

When the English Dub for Love All Play Anime will premiere?

unfortunately at the time of writing, we have no official confirmation of when the Love all Play English dub will premiere. However taking into account the fact that Crunchyroll is streaming the anime, who made thier place in the North American market through thier quickly produced English dubs and considering the popularity of the show in English-speaking countries, it is relatively safe to say that an English dub will be announced very soon.

It has been confirmed that the “Love All Play” TV anime series will air from April 2, 2022, to June 18, 2021, for 12 Episodes. The anime will release a new episode every Saturday at 5:30 PM JST.
