As of April 2023, Ningen Fushin Season 2 doesn’t have a release date as it is not confirmed yet. However, if a new season is confirmed, it will likely air sometime in late -2025 or early-2026.
This is cause the first season premiered from January 2023 to March 2023 and it typically takes around 1-2 years to produce a new season.

Is there enough source material available for Ningen Fushin Season 2?
Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World anime is based on the light novel series written by Shinta Fuji with illustrations drawn by Susumu Kuroi.
It first started publication on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let’s Become Novelist) in January 2019.
It was later acquired by Media Factory who published the series in physical form with illustrations.
The first volume in the novel series was released on September 25, 2019, and the latest issue came out on March 24, 2023.
The first season of the anime adapted the 3 volumes out of five leaving behind only 2 volumes worth of content to adapt which isn’t enough to create another 13-episode anime season.
Conclusion: For now our biggest concern for this show’s contention is the lack of source material for the anime since it is the backbone of any anime.
It will take year another two years for enough volumes to collect due to the novel’s slow release.
But on the bright side, the story is still ongoing, and author Shinta Fuji has a long-term plan for the story. Thus, the future of Ningen Fushin Season 2 remains bright.
The only problem is that it will take a very long time for the story to get to a point where they can animate another season.

Before we proceed, it’s important to understand that most of the anime we watch today are created primarily to promote and boost the sales of its source material (in this case light novel).

However, do note that this count is from before the anime aired and has not been updated for 5 months now and doesn’t account for the boost it had received from the anime adaptation.
