The first season of ‘Tower of God‘ is listed with 13 episodes which will air from April 1 to June 24, 2020. As Tower of God Episode 5 premiered on April 29, Tower of God Episode 6 will release on May 6, 2020 at 00:30 am JST (May 7 effectively in Japan). Us viewers can stream the episode through official licensors on May 6 at 13:30 EDT. You can expect a new episode every Wednesday.

Unfortunately Crunchyroll cancelled most of its english dub Releases including Tower of God due to concerns over spread of COVID-19. Not only that but Crunchyroll also paused their ongoing projects including that of in/spectre and Konosuba: Legend of Crimson.

It has been confirmed that Telecom communication has finished the production of all Tower of God episodes, including voice recording and pre-air editing.
Plot of the show
For those who don’t know Tower of God centers around a boy called Twenty-Fifth Bam, who has spent most of his life trapped beneath a vast and mysterious Tower, with only his close friend, Rachel, to keep him company. When Rachel enters the Tower, Bam manages to open the door into it as well, and faces challenges at each floor of this tower as he tries to find his closest companion.
What is Tower Of God?
Tower of God is a Korean Webtoon written and drawn by SIU. Line Webtoon is releasing the series in Japanese and English tookover it in 2014. The series is currently on its third volume.
Telecom Animation Film (Lupin the Third: Part 5, Orange) is producing the series under Crunchyroll and Webtoon co-production agreement. Furthermore an anime based on Noblesse by Production I.G. and God of Highschool by studio Mappa are under production under this agreement.
Made in Abyss, Rising Of Shield Hero‘s Kevin Penkin is composing the music. Also the popular Korean band Stray Kids is performs the opening theme “TOP-Japanese ver.-.”and the ending theme. They recently share its jacket cover featuring Bam, Khun and Rak doing Stray Kids’ step out greetings.
